Procedure
How To Obtain Mercury firmware from Avigilon Partner Portal (Insert portal Link Here). The files will be *.CRC files. Each intelligent controller (LP series) will have it's own firmware file.
In ACM - Navigate to Physical Access - Panels
Select one of the panels from the Tree

Click the "Firmware" icon

From the Firmware page, scroll to the bottom and select "Add Firmware"
Click "Choose File"
Navigate to the folder where you unpacked the Firmware files and select the *.CRC file
Click Save
Once the file has been uploaded, the custom firmware will show in the list

Perform these steps for all Firmware required for your system
To perform the upgrade of the controller Firmware, first verify the Controller type (LP151, LP1502, LP2500, LP4502)
Once Identified, click on the controller from the Panel list, and click Firmware
From the Firmware list - select the correct Firmware version for the controller and click the apply check next to it

This will need to be performed on all controllers installed. Expected downtime for each controller is between 5 to 10 minutes
