AFFIRMATIVE:
There is a Tv in the living room. There are some sneakers under the table.
NEGATIVE:
There isn’t a Tv in the living room. There aren’t any sneakers under the table.
QUESTION:
Is there a Tv in the living room? Are there any sneakers under the table?
Yes, there is. / No, there isn’t. Yes, there are. / No, there aren’t.

PLURALS THIS/THESE for things near us.

Subject: My house.

Good night Mr. Villanueva, I’m going to write about my house, I hope you like it.

I live in a 4-story house, actually I live just in the third floor but all the people that live in the other floors are my relatives. My house
is located in Los Olivos, near a supermarket and a gas station. Also, there is a kinder garden next to my house where I studied when I
was a child. My house has a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. First, in my living room there are 3 big sofas
where you can spend time talking, there is a tv to watch the tv shows you like or you can also watch movies. There are many
paintings on the walls of the living room that make it a cute place to get relax. There is a big table where my family and I eat our
food. Second, in the kitchen there is a faucet to wash the dishes, there is a white cooker, there is a black refrigerator and there is a
microwave next to the refrigerator. Then we have the two bedrooms, but I’m going to talk about mine, there is a bed in my bedroom
that I use sometimes to think, there is a desk to do my homework, my laptop is on the desk, too. Next to the desk, there is a Tv, but I
watch tv just in cases because I don’t have enough time to watch tv shows or movies. There are two windows to see what happens
in the street, I like to see the street, especially the sky. Finally, in the bathroom there is a faucet to brush your teeth and wash your
hands, there is a wc and there is a shower in where you can clean your body.
