Quick Operation Card

1 Checking before Startup

1 Check the power supply and make sure it can supply proper voltage for the analyzer.
2 Check the connections among the analyzing unit, operation unit and printer. Make sure the
connections are right and secure. Check the power cords of the analyzing unit, operation unit and
printer and make sure they are well connected to the power sockets.
3 Check and make sure sufficient printing paper is prepared for the printer.
4 Make sure sufficient detergent is loaded to position 35 and adequate distilled water to position 36.
If an ISE module is connected, please check if cleaning solution is placed in position 33 and urine
diluent in position 34 of reagent disk.
5 Check the connections of deionized water tank, waste tank and syringe. Make sure they are of no
leakage.
6 Check if the probe is bent, dirty or has remaining liquid on the tip.
7 Check if the mixing bar is bent or dirty.
8 Check if sufficient deionized water is prepared in the deionized water tank.
9 Check if the waste tank is emptied.
