FLEXY-Runner Curved Guide

With our new FLEXY-Runner guide non-linear motion can be realised. That means it is possible
to run constant radii as well as variable curves. This system offers a very flexible and
economical solution. The corresponding carriages are equipped with mobile roller carriers and
allow for a smooth run even with complex rail tracks.

We offer two profile sizes.


The designs are according to customer specification.

Available profile rails: CC 35: 15,5 x 10,10 mm


CC 45: 23,1 x 13,50 mm

Material: Guide rails: 58CrMoV4 (or similar)


Carrier: Body made of high-strength aluminium
Rollers are of 100Cr6; lifetime lubricated

Minimal Radius: 120 mm Tolerance angle of the radius: ± 1°

Surface coating of the guide rail: zinc-plated by galvanisation; other coatings on request

Temperature range: -30 °C to +100 °C


Load rating: CC 35: Corad: 560 N Coax: 390 N
CC 43: Corad: 1600 N Coax: 1110 N
