Having considered Monica Miloslavich Hart’s letter motion for a scheduling order, and

good cause appearing therefor, the Court orders as follows:

1. Ms. Hart’s motion is GRANTED;

2. Ms. Hart’s deadline for filing a motion to dismiss the Amended Class Action
Complaint (the “Complaint”) shall be March 18, 2019;

3. If Ms. Hart responds to the Complaint by motion to dismiss, Lead Plaintiffs shall
file an opposition and any related briefing no later than 45 days after Ms. Hart’s
motion is served;

4. Ms. Hart shall file reply papers, if any, no later than 21 days after Lead Plaintiffs’
opposition briefing is served.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
