 New equipment must have valid certifications issued and approved
 Peralatan yang baru harus memiliki sertifikat yang masih berlaku dan syah
 Mandatory PPE should be used as per HSE Plan TT-PLL-HSE-001 Rev. B
 Alat pelindung diri yang wajib harus dipakai berdasarkan HSE Plan TT-PLL-HSE-001 Rev. B
 Safety briefing/tool box meeting and last minutes risk assessment to conducted prior to start of activity
 Pengarahan keselamatan/rapat keselamatan dan penilaian resiko terakhir harus dilakukan sebelum memulai
kegiatan
 Only competent personnel to be deployed in the activity
 Hanya orang yang berkompeten yang harus melakukan kegiatan tersebut
 Work permit shall be applied before starting activity as per PLI.OCP 04.06 C
 Ijin kerja harus dikeluarkan sebelum memulai pekerjaan.
