Title:: Advantages of Having A Major of Mechanical in Engineering Courses

The document discusses the advantages of majoring in Mechanical Engineering. It notes that the Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering program deals with designing, developing, installing, operating, and maintaining machinery used in industrial, transportation, and biomedical systems. It also discusses how the program teaches students to convert thermal and chemical energy into mechanical work through engines and power plants. The paper aims to understand the reasons students at the University of Batangas choose Mechanical Engineering as their major by examining their opinions and experiences in the program.

Courses

MENDOZA, IVAN ALDREN M.

INTRODUCTION

The Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) is a five-

year program that deals with the design, development, installation,
operation, and maintenance of machinery, engines, and structures used in
industrial, biomedical, instrumentation and transportation systems. The
program discusses the study of the conversion of thermal and chemical
energy into mechanical work through engines and power plants while
teaching students the proper utilization of these energies, forces, and
structures to successfully perform a variety of tasks.
Due to increasing of students from Mechanical Engineering
Department major in University of Batangas, I was committed to
withstanding the weakness of students in University of Batangas of reasons
why are they choosing this major. The research has soon created an
inheritance of shared opinion while embedding within their weakness.
This paper discusses about the opinions, experiences or the reality
facing of a student in University of Batangas who took up BSME program.
It covers both the internal and external communications conducted and its
implication on the outcome of this research.
