Notes :-
Inspection Sheet only from Manholes 21 to Manholes 53.
Distance from CPS to MH21 were inspected with notes written in the Inspection Request and mentioned inside the pipe lines with spray
Distance from MH53 to Interception Chamber to be ispected later as it new welding (14Dec2019)
Re welding of ledders of MH3 and where it is needed. To checked later.
Removing Nails and rewelding on it`s place
Adding Ledders for for MH15 , MH16 , MH21 and where is needed . To be check Later
Refix and re-install slab of 3.10m for MH 32, MH33,MH34
Cleaning and removing all undesired materials (Water- Mud- Wood- Concrete Stones)
Notes for manholes related to refix som parts as it mentioned insides each manholes with spray and to be inspected again
This inspection to be followed with another inspection for the remainig parts and to assure that the mentioned defected pipesand manholes were fixed
