07710 839213 Date of Birth: 10/02/03 (Age 17) [email protected] Throughout my school life, I have worked consistently hard, focussing on my studies and the tasks given to me while displaying an efficient and dedicated attitude. I have contributed to a wide range of long term projects, working both in a team and unaccompanied. This has prepared me for working well under pressure, meeting deadlines and always being organised. My skills include: Teamwork Organisation Creativity Dedication Employment history: Young leader, 2nd Woodley Scout and Beavers group 2017- Ongoing As a young leader I help run sessions with the Beavers and Scouts. I organise activities for them to participate in and to assist them to reach their targets. I also attend trips several times a year, helping supervise them as they participate in a range of activities, while making sure they have the most fun possible. Floor Supervisor and Party Host, Kids ‘n’ Action June 2018 – April 2019 My role included assisting parents and carers to provide an entertaining and custom party for their children. I entertained and supervised the children at the party for the duration, and assured the room is clean and ready for the next customer. As well as this, I assisted with preparing and serving food for the general admission customers, alongside the food and drink provided for party guests. I was also responsible for supervising the soft play facilities, ensuring all children using the play equipment are safe and happy at all times. I also fulfilled the role of maintaining the house keeping of the premises, making sure the tables and other facilities within the building were clean and hygienic at all times. Selling Assistant, John Lewis – Christmas Temp November 2019 – January 2020 My role with John Lewis involved providing the best service possible to customers on the shop floor. I worked between every department on the ground floor, including men’s wear, technology, beauty, and gifts. While working for the company I spent time furthering my understanding of the products so that I could help customers with any enquiry they might have. I was able to highlight which products would suit each customer and ensure their experience with us was as smooth and enjoyable as possible. During my employment I spent a great deal of time working on the tills. I became experienced in face to face customer service, learning how to successfully perform a refund, exchange or solve any problems customers had with products. Sales Assistant, Superdry February 2020 – Ongoing Work Experience, The Creative Duck December 2019 When working with The Creative Duck I was given the opportunity to produce a short documentary style video for one of their clients, The Bottle & Glass Inn. I worked closely with a member of their team to outline the goals for the video and the message they wanted to communicate. I also had to work independently to complete the tasks I was set while working on any feedback I was given so that the finished product was to a high standard. While working on this project I also had the chance to meet business owners and learn about how they are sharing their work through social media.
