MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:

1. That the instant Application is on behalf of Mr. Asad Mahmood

(hereinafter referred as “Applicant”) for release of his Driving

License bearing No. “UP70 20160004807” which was being

impounded by Traffic Police Personnel on 25.11.2019 vide

Challan No. DL 19330191125093210 on account of violation

of stop-line. Copy of the Challan dated 25.11.2019 bearing No.

DL 19330191125093210 is annexed herewith as ANNEXURE

A1.

2. That it is most respectfully submitted that the aforementioned

violation of stop-line by the Applicant was neither intentional

nor deliberate and therefore, the Applicant craves the mercy of

this Hon’ble Court to release his Driving License without

imposition of fine however if this Hon’ble Court decides

otherwise, the Applicant herein undertakes to deposit the

same with the concerned authority forthwith.

It is therefore, prayed according.
