USER GUIDE

WINTERIZING
A. BELOW REAR AREA DECK

BATTERY ROOM
◻ Check all battery cable and make sure there is no chipped cable
◻ Check all battery cable connector make sure there is no rusty part
◻ Fasten all battery cable connector bolt
◻ Lubricate all battery cable connector with grease oil
◻ Clean all battery casing and battery rack and make sure no contamination with grease
◻ Check and clean air ventilator inside battery room and make sure there is enough air ventilation inside

INSTALLED GENERATOR
◻ Change oil and filter
◻ Change fuel filters/separators
◻ Check coolant level in freshwater-cooling system and add coolant if necessary
◻ Check seacock valve of sea water cooling system and make sure can be operated properly
◻ Check all generator hoses connector and make sure there is no rusty material of steel part
◻ Check all clamps, fasten all screw, and make sure there in no leakage
◻ Check air ventilator inside generator area and make sure there is enough air ventilation inside
◻ Clean generator cover and make sure there is no oil leakage around this area

INVERTER/ SOLAR CHARGE CONTROLLER (SCC)


◻ Check inverter/SCC cable connection and make sure there is no chipped cable
◻ Check all inverter/SCC cable connector make sure there is no rusty part
◻ Fasten all inverter/SCC cable connector bolt
◻ Lubricate all inverter/SCC cable connector with grease oil
◻ Clean all inverter/SCC casing and inverter pad and make sure no contamination with grease
◻ Check and clean air ventilator inside inverter/SCC area and make sure there is enough air ventilation inside
◻ Turn off inverter MCB (Circuit Breakers)

INSTALLED PUMP
◻ Run all pump for approximately 3 minutes including bilge pump and make sure all pump can be run properly
◻ Check and clean all pump filter
◻ Check all hose and make sure there is no chipped hose
◻ Check all hose connector make sure there is no rusty part
◻ Fasten all hose connector bolt
◻ Lubricate all hose connector with grease oil
◻ Clean all pump casing and make sure no contamination with grease
◻ Open fresh water tank hose (blue hose) connection and open any shower/ faucet for draining fresh water
pump
◻ Close seacock sea water pump hose (yellow hose) and flush the closet for draining sea water pump
◻ Check and clean air ventilator inside pump room and make sure there is enough air ventilation inside

OUTBOARD ENGINE
◻ Turn on outboard engine battery for both outboard engine
◻ Open engine hatch door and make sure the engine position is in the middle using steering wheel
◻ Un-trimming the engine carefully
◻ Change oil and filter
◻ Change fuel filters/separators
◻ Start and run outboard engine in idling condition
◻ Turn off fuel supply and fog while running
◻ Flush engine cover with muffs & fresh water and dry it.
◻ Drain gear case and add fresh lubricant
◻ Make sure engine hatch door in open position and make sure the engine position is in the middle
◻ Trim the engine for maximum trimming position
◻ Close the engine hatch door
◻ Turn off the engine battery switch
◻ Empty fuel tank and store it in the safe place

B. BELOW FRONT AREA DECK

◻ Remove any equipment and tools and store it in the safe place
◻ Run bilge pump and make sure all bilge pump can be run properly
◻ Check all electricity equipment can be run properly
◻ Check all hose and make sure there is no chipped hose
◻ Check all hose connector make sure there is no rusty part
◻ Fasten all hose connector bolt
◻ Lubricate all hose connector with grease oil
◻ Clean all pump casing and make sure no contamination with grease
◻ Check and clean air ventilator inside and make sure there is enough air ventilation inside
◻ Check and clean all surface of hull inside

C. MAINDECK AREA

ROOF AREA/ CAPTAIN AREA


◻ Check all electricity equipment can be run properly
◻ Check all navigation equipment can be run properly
◻ Take home cushions or store on their sides
◻ Take home portable equipment/ electronics
◻ Clean captain area/ roof deck area following cleaning guideline
◻ Turn off all electricity equipment
◻ Turn off all navigation equipment and put the display cover except; generator display, CCGX display, and
Bilge Pump Switch
◻ Close captain canopy properly
◻ Tie off tiller/steering wheel
◻ Lock the folding door

CABIN CLIENT/ FRONT DECK AREA/ SIDE DECK AREA


◻ Check all electricity equipment can be run properly including air conditioner, repair/ change it if necessary
◻ Take home cushions or store on their sides
◻ Take home portable equipment/ electronics
◻ Clean cabin client/ front deck area following cleaning guideline including bathroom
◻ Turn off all electricity equipment
◻ Lock all window
◻ Lock the door
◻ Cover the windlass using waterproof cover

KITCHEN/ REAR DECK AREA


◻ Check all electricity equipment and cooking equipment can be run properly including gas water heater and
fridge
◻ Take home cooking tools or store on their sides including gas bottle
◻ Take home portable equipment/ electronics
◻ Clean the kitchen/ rear deck area following cleaning guideline
◻ Empty the fridge
◻ Turn off all electricity equipment
◻ Turn off all MCB (Circuit Breakers) switch inside control panel
◻ Close rear transparent curtain

SIDE SHELL HULL


◻ Clean side shell hull following userguide cleaning and polish it with wax
◻ Check docklines and chafe guards — center boat in slip
◻ Add or adjust fenders for proper placement

D. BEFORE YOU GO

◻ Cover/shrinkwrap boat
◻ Lock cabin and leave spare key with marina manager
