Installation Guide: System Requirements

This document provides installation instructions for the Safebridge Training Client in 11 steps: 1) Download the client from their website, 2) Save the file, 3) Run/open the downloads, 4) Confirm the launch, 5) Confirm the installation, 6) Monitor the installation process, 7) Log in with username and password, 8) Choose your booked course, 9) Connect to your ECDIS which will start up, 10) Course opening, and 11) A desktop icon will launch the client next time. Notes for system administrators and troubleshooting contact information is also provided.

System Requirements:
Minimum 3 GB RAM
Windows Vista / 7 / 8 / 10
(with “.NET Framework 4.6”)

Download the Safebridge


1. Training Client:

• HTTP/HTTPS Ports 80 / 443 should be open


• If you are using a Proxy-Server the settings can be made after clicking on “Preferences” in the
Login screen:
