CheckPoint - SSL VPN User Guide (External User)
As of now current XL's SSL VPN has been end of life. The current SSL VPN is replaced with CheckPoint SSL
VPN.
JAVA (If you use 64 bit browser, please install 64 bit version Java. Vice versa if you use 32 bit
browser, please install 32 bit version Java)
Please use Java 7 at the minimum, our recommended is to use Java 8. (Tested work fine on Java
8 update 141)
On First-time Client installation, uninstall and upgrade process requires an
administrator privileges on the client computer.
Supported browser : IE, Chrome, Firefox
For IE user :
1. Open https://secure.xl.co.id on Internet Explorer browser and fill in your user name and password
2. After enter username and password, you will be prompted to input verification code. The system
will send a verification code to your email. Please check your email for a verification code from
sender [email protected]. Suppose you can’t find any email, please also check your Junk
Email/Spam folder.
Note:
Please make sure that information regarding verification code destination email is the correct
email you use to register your VPN account. Otherwise please contact [email protected]
3. After successfully login, you will be presented the following screen. Click connect to continue.
4. At first time connection you will be prompted to install CheckPoint deployment agent. To
continue please click install.
5. Upon successful installation you will see your available VPN access.
6. You can use your related application to open your destination address.
Example:
You have access to 10.24.161.37:22 You can use Putty (SSH console) to access
10.21.161.37
You have access to 10.24.143.92:3389 You can use Microsoft RDP to access 10.24.143.92
Note:
Please make sure that information regarding verification code destination email is the correct
email you use to register your VPN account. Otherwise please contact [email protected]
3. After successfully login, you will be presented the following screen. Click connect to continue.
4. At first time connection you will be prompted to install CheckPoint Mobile agent. To continue
please click install.
5. Upon successful installation you will see your available VPN access.
6. You can use your related application to open your destination address.

You have access to 10.24.161.37:22 You can use Putty (SSH console) to access
10.21.161.37
You have access to 10.24.143.92:3389 You can use Microsoft RDP to access 10.24.143.92
