II. In 150 words, present 3 different methods companies use in order to find employees
who meet their resourcing needs. Provide a definition for each method and mention
whether you think it is efficient or not. Bring arguments to support your choices.

Three methods companies use in order to find employees who meet their resourcing
needs are headhunting and recruitment agencies, job search sites and employee
recommendation.
Headhunting and recruitment agencies means organisations that specialize in
advertising and filing job vacancies.I would choose headhunting and recruitment agencies
because they represent specialized companies.Headhunters deal with senior executive
appointments including important positions .Headhunters use a lot of networking, they
approach people directly. The work of recruitment agencies will include some manageria
lpositions but quite often focused on manual and office work. They tend to collect CVs that
have been sent by people looking for jobs and match them with the information about
vacancies they have received from companies.
Job search sites means websites where job offers are posted. Job sites are important
because it is much easier for the job seeker to search online and for companies represents
lower costs, they might save time using internet recruiting methods. They also might see an
increase in the number of applications.
Employee recommendation means asking company employees to find new
employees.Employee recommendation is important because employees can find suitable
persons because they already know the values of the company. This method reduce costs
and time ,can improve company culture and employee commitment.
