SOLUTION

Need to setup enrollment period start and end-date codes within the programs/plans settings

Navigation Path : Program train: Enrollment (Select Program ) -> Life Event Tab -> Set Enrollment period end date

Enrollment requirements can be specified at the program/plan in program/plan/option in plan level, therefore please verify if you have set
end-dates to all the levels where you are using enrollment requirements. Ideally date codes are setup on the program and if a particular plan
calls for a different date code then it is overridden at the plan level.
