Region maliciously committed an offence by having carnal knowledge with his daughter
Subira d/o Masanja contrary to the provisions of the Penal Code, Cap. 16 R.E. 2002

STATEMENT OF COMPLAINANT

I Mrs. Masanja Maduhu, adult, Christian, resident of Geita, Geita District, Mwanza Region

and I hereby complain and state as follows: -

That on 2nd January, 2008 my husband Mr. Masanja Maduhu travelled to Sumbawanga town

in Rukwa Region for the purpose of treating our daughter Subira s/o Maduhu to one local

medicine man Wilberforce Sangoma.

That while they are there, on 11th day of January, 2008 at night time Masanja Maduhu had

carnal knowledge with our daughter Subira d/o Masanja.

That being the case, I have been so shocked that my husband was duped into accepting such

recommendations from an uneducated local medicine man Wilberforce Sangoma. In fact I

suspect that the episode had been planned all along by my husband since, as I recalled, he had

rejected my proposal to accompany them to Sumbawanga arguing that it was would be too

costly if the three of us went along.

I think this is not right act and I have decided to come to the police post to report the matter
