Leading a team to perform day to day support on the environment consisting 1500+ Windows 2008, 2012 servers (physical and
virtual / VMware). Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and
appraising their performance.
Planning and implementing fixes/patches for Windows and VMware via change management, CAB meetings.
Perform root cause analysis of the priority incidents per the ITIL standards. Identify problematic areas and implement strategic
solutions in time.
Ensure adherence to agreed SLA for the supported environment while managing information technology and computer systems.
