Follow your SO and SOC target compliance. Also ensure SO/SOC target compliance by your shift
operators.

Ensure that Operations and HSSE Trainings are being conducted as per target.

Ensure that the integrum action items are being closed timely, as this seems to be grey area, which need
more attention.

Skilled Manpower Development

Ensure that Junaid is being trained on DCS as fully independent DCS operator and can handle
Emergencies , start up and shutdown of plant and equipments. He should be fully aware of his
responsibilities and get his skill certification done.

E&I gaps S/D execution & Loop Testing

E & I Gap Shutdown preparation and planning to be done to ensure completion of all the jobs safely and
on-time.

Plant Production Enhancement

Prepare, plan for execution of ME-05 tie-ins within time and safely. Ensure that during ME-05 SAT, ME-05
HMIs are developed as per requirement, while C & E and loop testing is done.

Raise CM jobs Notification in SAP

Ensure timely generation of Notification for CM jobs

Condensate Contractor Safety Management System

Ensure that the NLC and SFS Contractor SO and SOC compliance is fully met and also Contractor KPI are
being made and issued to HSSE on monthly basis.

Optimize the opex budget consumption


Efficiency

Ensure that Plant , Well Area log sheets and start up check list and being updated and revised on time.

Ensure that un-planned losses are reduced. Ensure that lube oil and chemical consumption file is
updated on daily basis, whenever any new item is issued from the warehouse.

Maintain and update the plant equipment and machines alarms and trip set point list.
