3. PARTS STANDARD PARTS COUNTER 3.3

DISTRIBUTOR STANDARDS

To meet this standard, all items must be met.

Parts counter is organised:

• With catalogues & Case IH systems
(SUPPORT - PRO II).
• Clean & tidy, fully decorated & good
state of repair.
• Exhibit of small consumables (e.g.: pens,
knives, key rings, beacons, torches, etc.).
• Promotional material (Case IH magazines,
flyers, brochures).

SIGNAGE & DEALER FACILITY STANDARDS
Signage Standards
The Signage Standards for dealer facilities incorporates the following items:

- Wall Fascia: Case IH logo, modular fascia elements and dealer name
- Pole sign
- Flags
- Parts Signage
- Service Signage

All signage must be coordinated and agreed with the Case IH Network Development department and the
recommended signage supplier of Case IH.

• All approved signage is clean, maintained and in good condition

• Outdated logos and signage elements need to be removed, when a new signage program is installed
• Damaged signage has to be exchanged or repaired

General Dealer Facility Standards:

• The overall appearance of the dealership must ensure an excellent customer experience and
brand recognition.
• External display areas of new and used machines have to be clearly separated and identified.
• The property shall be landscaped clean and maintained including building, drive ways, sidewalks and lawns.
• The roof and exterior walls are clean and in good condition. Windows, entrances, and service doors are
clean and in working conditions. There is no sign of structural deterioration; no cracked, old or peeling paint.
• Premises paint finish is white and/or complies with corporate style. Colour of brick or decorative stone
material is satisfactory.
• The exterior is well-lit, including the customer parking area and the front entrance of the building.
• Customer parking is convenient, sufficient for the busy seasons, well-identified and well-maintained.

Physical inspection of the premises might be done on a regular basis.

WALL FASCIA
The main wall of the dealer building is exclusively dedicated to Case IH signage.
The wall fascia consists of the Case IH logo, modular fascia elements and the dealer name.
The logo of the main brand is positioned first on the fascia. The red colour of the fascia is the Case IH
brand colour RAL 3002. The Case IH wall fascia is positioned on top of the main wall of the dealer building
facing the main road. The Case IH logo can be illuminated, based on the requirements of the market.

POLE SIGN
The pole sign is the main road signage. The pole sign is dedicated exclusively to the brand. It is illuminated,
double faced and it bears the Case IH logo on both sides. The pole sign is positioned along the road at a
right angle to the oncoming traffic at the dealer location.

FLAGS
Flags are important to increase the visibility and identification of a dealer location.
They must be clearly displayed and kept clean and tidy. They are installed in groups of three for the brand
in 2 m distance and on 9 m poles. Flags must be made of good and durable quality.

Service SIGNAGE
The identification of the dealer parts area consists of a 4300 x 750 mm wall sign and/or of
a 2800 x 500 mm hanging sign.

The Parts wall sign can be positioned inside or outside of the parts area. The outside Parts wall sign must be
installed next to the parts area entrance. The Parts hanging sign needs to be suspended above the dealer
Parts counter to be clearly visible for customers.

SERVICE SIGNAGE
The identification of the dealer workshop consists of a 4300 x 750 mm wall sign and/or of
a 2800 x 500 mm hanging sign.

The Service wall sign can be positioned inside and outside the workshop. The outside Service wall sign
must be placed next to the workshop entrance. The Service hanging sign needs to be suspended to be
clearly visible for customers. The inside wall sign must be positioned in the center of the workshop area.
