Chinese Chicken Shashlik: Rate: Extremely Awesome
Ingredients:
Chicken boneless 1kg (cubed)
Garlic paste 1tsp
Ginger paste 1tsp
Red chilies ½ tsp (crushed)
Sugar 1tsp
Soya sauce 1tbsp
White vinegar 1tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil 2tbsp\
(Except oil marinate chicken for ½ hr.)
Sauce for shashlik:
Tomato pulp 2tbsp or (2 medium grated)
Soya sauce 1tsp
White vinegar 1tbsp
Red chili 1tsp (powdered)
Salt to taste
Veggies for Shashlik: (all should be in square cut)
Onion 3 medium
Sauce for veggies:
Sugar ½ tsp
Oil 1tsp
Rice:
Rice 3cups
Oil 4tbps
Cooking Directions:
1. With the blunt side of the knife lightly pound the chicken & marinate it for ½ hr.
2. Heat oil in a large frying pan & fry the chicken. When done remove it to another
pan.
3. Add a little oil to the frying pan heat & add veggies. Add the veggies sauce while
stirring.
4. Stir-fry for few min.s and add chicken and then add shashlik sauce and cook it
quickly.
Boil rice. Heat the oil & add garlic and fry to a little brown color.
Add rice and & fry it quickly
Pile chicken in the middle of a round dish & put rice around it.

Chinese Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients
Rice 1kg
Chicken boneless ½ kg(cubed)
Salt to taste
Garlic paste 1tsp
Spring onion 3-4
Carrots 2 Medium
Cabbage 1 small
Vinegar 2tbps
Soya Sauce 4tbps
White pepper 1tbps(powder)
Sugar 1tbps
Chinese salt 1tsp
Eggs 3
Oil 4-6 tbps
Garnish:
Green chilies 2-3 chopped
Cooking Directions:
1. Boil rice with salt n 2tbps of oil
2. Cover n refrigerate it for 4-6 hr.s
3. In a wok, heat oil and sauté garlic for 1-2 min.s
4. Then add chicken & stir fry until water from the chicken dries.
5. In another pan add oil & stir fry veggies one by one and add sugar Chinese salt
half quantity of soya sauce & white vinegar
6. Add rice in veggies n add white pepper, fried eggs(with pinch of salt n white
pepper), remaining soya sauce n white vinegar.
7. Mix well & dish out
8. Garnish with chopped green chilies.

Note: its purely traditional type of dish, can be served with Naan, chapatti or paratha.
Serve with dahi raita & salad.
Ingredients:
Chicken 1kg
Ginger garlic paste 1tbps
Coconut milk ½ cup
Beaten yogurt 4tbps
Fresh cream 4tbps
Finely chopped onion ½ cup
Ghee/clarifying butter½ cup
White cumin seeds 1tsp
Khashkhas 2tsp
Green cardamom 6
Cloves 8
Whole red chili 12
Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
Cinnamon 2sticks
Coconut grinded 2tbps
Green chillies 4chopped
Green coriander 2tbps finely chopped
Bay leaves 2-3
Garam masala 1/4tsp
Salt 1tbps
Water ½ cup
Cooking Directions:
1. In grinder add cumin seeds, khashkhas, green cardamom, cloves, whole red chili,
turmeric powder, grinded coconut & cinnamon
2. In a pan take ghee/clarifying butter heat it & add onion till it gets brown.
3. Add ginger garlic paste n sauté it for 1 min.
4. Then add grinded mixture, bay leaves & chicken. Cook it
5. Add water n cover it until the chicken is half done
6. Add yogurt and coconut milk & mix
7. In end add cream green coriander n green chilies & cook for 10 min.s
