O R D E R:

The Revenue Divisional Officer, Gajwel has submitted that the DLLPC held
on .09.2016 has been approved the land minutes to an amount of Rs: 3,12,60,000-00 to
an extent of Ac. 52.04 gts covering with (24) pattedars of Singaram Village of Kondapak
Mandal whose lands were acquired for construction of Komuravelli Mallanna Sagar
Reservoir under Kaleshwaram Project in terms of G.O.Ms.No. 123 Revenue (JA & LA)
Dept., dated: 30.07.2015.

Further, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Gajwel has submitted that during the
approval of said land value minutes the R&B, RWS, Forest, Horticulture and Excise
Departments have not furnished the all structure values in respect of all pattedars and
some of missed and the departments have inspected again and furnished the values of
missing structures attached to the land.

In view of the above, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Gajwel has submitted the
draft amendment to the minutes of DLLPC meeting for structure values for approval to
an amount of Rs; 11,45,121-00 (Rupees Eleven lakhs forty five thousand one hundred
and twenty one only) for payment to the concerned pattedar and requested to sanction
the same amount in favour of the pattedar. [[

On verification of the proposals submitted by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Gajwel

with the approved minutes of the meeting of DLLPC held on 21.09.2016 (vide file No.
G3/2901/2016) for land value and draft structure amended minutes of DLLPC held on .
01.2018 (vide file No. G1/307/2016) are found correct. Hence, an amount of Rs: 11,35,699-00
(Rupees Eleven lakhs thirty five thousand six hundred and ninety nine only) in favour of
(20) pattedars is arrived towards structure value of the procured land of the pattedar.

Therefore, after careful consideration, the draft amendment minutes for structure value
are submitted by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Gajwel are hereby approved and accordingly,
sanction is hereby accorded to pay an amount of Rs: 11,35,699-00 (Rupees Eleven lakhs thirty
five thousand six hundred and ninety nine only) to the land losers towards missing structure
charges, the amount is approved through (20) Cheques (as shown at Col.No.16 of above Table)
of Indian Bank, Siddipet Branch. The Revenue Divisional Officer, Gajwel is instructed to,
distribute the cheques to the concerned Land losers under proper identification, obtaining the
acquittance in triplicate and submit the same alongwith Utilization Certificate.
