04 To Make An Internet Connection

This document provides instructions for connecting to the internet on a computer. It outlines opening the network connections menu, clicking to create a new connection, and then choosing whether the user already has an internet service provider account, has a CD from their ISP, or needs to choose a new ISP. It then provides additional steps for setting up connections manually using dial-up, broadband with login, or always-on broadband, or using instructions from an ISP CD. Notes recommend verifying connection settings with an ISP and possible settings like IP addresses, DNS, and email protocols.
