This is the work flow of our Instructional leaders at Lorenzo
A. Ramos Elementary School in Tanay, Rizal. school while ensuring
the implementation of the educational mission of our school by
overseeing, equipping, and empowering teachers to provide
meaningful learning experiences for students.

All efforts of designated leaders towards providing


leadership to teachers and other educational workers in the
improvement of instruction.

Supervision is the glue that holds a successful school


together, a process by which some persons or group of people is
responsible for providing link between individual teacher needs
and organizational goals that individuals within our school can
work harmoniously towards our vision of what the school should
be.
