leadership to teachers and other educational workers in the improvement of instruction.
Supervision is the glue that holds a successful school
together, a process by which some persons or group of people is responsible for providing link between individual teacher needs and organizational goals that individuals within our school can work harmoniously towards our vision of what the school should be.
