1.2 Overall Purpose of the Role

Supervise Guards to achieve customer and employee satisfaction by directing and coordinating
and monitoring area/field operation and assist manager-operations in personnel recruitment &
development activities.

1.3 Main Duties & Responsibilities of the Role


1.3.b Supervise Area Operations

Supervise Site Operations within the area


Ensure timely attendance to ensure timely billing
Follow up for collection of payments

1.3.e Controls & Compliance

Ensure bank accounts & ESIC card for all guards


Ensure timely cash salary, uniform for guards
Collection of recoveries from guards

1.3.g People:. 
Maintain a high level of employee morale & satisfaction
Ensure proper employee records are maintained including their attendance, leaves,
salary etc.
Daily MIS reports to be sent to Manager - Operations
Provide strong service culture to improve service quality & create superior customer
service
Enhance employee skills through training

1.3.h Health and safety Measures

Communicate regularly with staff through formal and informal channels on safety
matters to ensure that there is a free flow of ideas and that morale remains high.
Take responsibility for ensuring that a safe system of work is produced and
communicated to employees prior to the commencement of the work activity.
Ensure that work activities are properly managed and supervised.
Work closely with the CISS team who are available to provide safety advice and support.
Furthermore it will be required to ensure that the safety initiatives are implemented
within the area of control
