COMES NOW undersigned counsel, unto this Honorable Court


most respectfully avers:

1. That the undersigned counsel was not aware of the


aforementioned case for she had neither met nor formally
engaged by the above-named accused;

2. In view of the foregoing, the undersigned counsel hereby


moves to withdraw as counsel of record for the Accused ROD
MALAPIT.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, undersigned counsel


respectfully pray to the Honorable Court to:

a. GRANT the undersigned counsel’s Motion.

b. DISCONTINUE from sending notices and orders to


undersigned counsel’s office and instead forward such to the
accused future counsel.

c. RELIEVE undersigned counsel from his duties as counsel


for the accused pertaining to this c

Other relief and remedies just and equitable under the premises
are likewise prayed for.
