Assignment Brief: In today's digital revolution, individuals can


communicate with huge numbers of people with a click of a mouse.
Information is no longer spread from a few sources; rather, it is generated by
people and flows across people. People are free to interact with each other
and build upon each other's ideas. Discuss the concepts, process of consumer
behavior and critically explain how Internet and social media influence
different stages of consumer behavior process. Outline suggestions for
marketers to apply these changes into understanding and managing
(Vietnamese) consumer behavior in the digital world.
In an age when knowledge and information change hourly, people need to update
them quickly. It is an obvious thing that people and society need to do if they do not want
to be left behind. There is a vast source of information that allows us to discuss people
helping each other, interacting and that makes everyone more knowledgeable. Building
additional projects from existing ideas. In the past, accessing information was difficult for
everyone on the internet, making it easier now to help people access information faster.
Every day we are influenced by many sides, especially from the information we receive
including passive or active. It affects people's decision-making. As a matter of fact people
also gradually change from buying behavior to the way we work and the way we
communicate. The fact that businesses can manipulate consumers is no longer available,
today they can learn about the product to consider buying that product. Shoppers are
smarter when they collate information to choose a product with credibility. The world has
changed people too, and this essay I will talk about the things that people have changed
compared to before. And with this essay I hope to be able to elaborate on the above issues
about the rapid change of customer behavior, consumer behavior process as well as
specifically what consumer behavior is. By what you have learned in books and
instructors.
I learned from consumer behavior books, consumer behavior covers Here they
research in many individuals, groups or customer segments when they buy, use or decide
on a product or service to meet their needs and desires. Other issues that need to be noted
by the company such as geography, culture, society and psychology. These issues need to
be carefully considered where each will have its own characteristics and the better we
understand our customers the more accessible they will be. Launch strategies or
marketing strategies are influenced by consumer behavior to target future customers. We
act as complementary and complementary partners. As well as identify consumer

affects young people and Vinfast affects Vietnamese citizens who have succeeded and
have national pride. People pre-ordered Vinfast cars a lot because it is a product that
represents national pride, which is considered a breakthrough in Vietnam with Biti's, they
buy their idol-like shoes.
Internet and social media influence different stages of consumer behavior process
which is unquestionable and we will cover the stages in the consumer process to explain
there. Pre-purchase issues, Purchase issues, and Post Purchase issues are three stages that
consumers go through. in the first phase, it is largely about personal awareness, when
consumers feel they have a need for a particular product type: they need to eat because
they are hungry, and the website and websites The society is where they search for
products and look up information about their origin or value. They tend to listen to
suggestions from experts or highly interactive or reputable posts. (Facebook, youtube,
google, Clean Food Forum , ...). After seeking information and advice or confirmation,
they compare and select products that fit their needs and wants. When the company
understands these needs, it will be easy for them to provide customers with information
that fits their search. for example why your product is better than the rest or the benefits
of this product. The second stage is purchase issues. At this stage the company needs a
massive attack on information, product review videos from influencers, product
comparisons and benefits the new company can offer with a short deadline to stimulate
purchases. In addition to benefiting from purchasing, the company also has more data on
customer behavior: ordering channels, information search channels, colors, shapes,…and
in the final stage customers will experience the product and the company needs customer
service, warranty policy, helps to receive timely feedback, as well as create trust and
credibility for customer. At the moment most product information can be found on the
internet, which is closely linked to the business. Ask questions about whether the
customer is happy with the product and whether to buy it next time and have they told
others about the product. but this contributes to the company more kind and customer.
They can see the reviews and complaints of people who have used the product. So there
will be two things that it brings about good quality products will be more attention and
poor quality products away from consumers. Based on these assessments, consumers'
decisions take place faster because they believe in the majority. Products with a high
number of good reviews will make buyers more confident.. More than anything, there are
two sides of it: a product that can easily become famous can easily be ruined if there are
bad comments and complaints about changing behavior and thinking in negative
direction. Therefore, companies and organizations need strategies to manage the media
crisis and not be taken advantage of by fake organizations, it can be seen that Facebook
has a big problem at this point. Counterfeit products are advertised extensively,
individuals of the group may give false information that affects the reputation of the
organization. In addition, when we browse the web, ads, links, articles with attractive
titles make consumers easily trust and be attracted by them, trend-catching items or items
that are expected to be needed during the predicted time period such as masks. People
buy a lot of masks despite the expensive price. Because all over the online newspapers
talking about the dangers of the corona virus. Which was previously unlikely when the
number of social network users and online newspaper readers was small.
Utilities also come with a number of issues, customers will have more choices so
the company needs to have the strategies and advantages to have loyal customers in
addition to being aware of the behavior their consumption. However, customers are still
intrigued by the following and I hope this will be a good strategy. First, there should be
promotions for longtime members or customers. Create a good service, including things
like saying thanks to customers and creating new advantages in competing with
competitors. Need to collect information, product trial programs, surveys targeting
potential customer segments to determine age, gender, occupation. Having your brand
with a culture or a good value will add appeal. Collecting consumer behavior data is also
a good idea. Customer Reviews - Reading customer reviews can highlight common
issues or desires.
Create Q&A websites - These sites can give you ideas about the questions and concerns
people have regarding your brand, service, or product.
Use tools like Keyword research or Google Analytics to get the information you need for
the campaign. Take product surveys as well as be the trend of the future.
Personal interviews - A personal interview can collect very insightful information from
consumers, but can be very expensive and time consuming.
It can be seen that the world has changed a lot since the advent of the internet,
making it easy for people to access and filter information great when social networks and
e-commerce platforms were born. Although there are some difficulties but also bring a lot
of opportunities for those who know how to seize heroic behaviors are changing but
customers have their own values that they change little and we can exploit. Create
convenience for both businesses and consumers. Consumers buy good goods and
businesses more easily reach their target customers. The company needs to invest more to
understand its customers as well as reach them. Like other areas, everything needs to be
able to adapt and use it fluently. Investing in technological improvement is also a good
solution to better understand customers.
