4. Market of the service/product (Please describe market of the product, market size and segment you
intend to serve).

5. Product/service development. How product/service will it be developed (process flow of


development up to prototype, material required, source and preparation of material, required
technologies and their function for intended product, how will it be packed)

6. The team (Please describe workers required and their skills and experience, how the organization
structure will look like, your plan on how to build unique and beneficial company culture)
7. Marketing Plan (describe on how you will market your products/services)
8. Energy and environment (Describe on how you will apply energy serving and how you will protect
environmental degradation in your processing)
9. Partners (Describe your wish on partnering with others or/and list out partners you expect in your
