Being a student teacher, I’m not just enjoying my
practice teaching but also I faced many challenges or
should I say problems encountered. There are some problems I encountered during my practice teaching; (1) Designing Activities, as a teacher you should know the different activities or ways how you will deliver your lessons suit to your pupils, so for me this is a big challenge though I know some activities that I can used but sometimes it will not fit to their differences; (2) Management of Students, I need to manage my pupils well so that I can deliver my lesson well for them to learn what I’ve thought to them; and lastly (3) Disciplinary Problem, there are many pupils that has no discipline especially that they are still young to learn discipline, as a practice teacher I need to do disciplinary action that will teach them and not to ashamed them in front of other pupils, I should make my patience more longer so that I can overcome it.
