The Bahrain Report: Blue Book: Joins Vs Denormalization & Aggregation

The document discusses the results of an exercise in Bahrain OpCo to analyze the impact of different modeling approaches like joins versus denormalization and aggregation on performance statistics. It aimed to provide guidance for the Zain Project by better understanding changes to modeling and their effects. The exercise looked specifically at high cardinality joins versus denormalization and aggregation and addressed questions around performance, size consumption and modeling recommendations observed in Bahrain's analytical layer.
