the people of Caba, La Union as you celebrate your Annual Fiesta and
Christmas Celebration on December 16-17, 2018. This occasion is indeed
a proof of your unity and enthusiasm in ensuring a peaceful and
progressive home for the townspeople.

With this kind of tradition, it is of my high hope that this endeavor will
continue its legacy of uniting the people of Caba under one shed and
strengthening the brotherhood as you pursue for tranquility and nation
building.

What the Almighty has put together depicts that we are indeed
