Under the agreement, ATS provided free training for 66 enrolled students for the Business Analytics using R with Advanced Excel certification. A Memorandum of Understanding is being executed on 1st Feb 2018 between M/s ATS
InfoTech Pvt. Ltd. A Microsoft–AEP (Authorized Education Partner) having its registered
office at L-107, Lajpat Nagar-II, New Delhi -110024 and represented by Mr. Sandeep Giyyan
Jethani (Director Operations) hence for purpose of MOU known as „Delivery Partner‟ and
Janki Devi Memorial College (University of Delhi) represented by Dr. Swati Pal (Principal),
hence for purpose of MOU known as „Resource Partner‟.

As per the MOU Delivery Partner will be offering International Certifications to the interested
students from different vendors at academic discounted price and those students who voluntarily
pay the exam fees would be getting bundled training free of cost mapped to the certifications.

Resource Partner is provided 15% „Resource Utilization Fees‟ against use of infrastructure and
other resources for the bundled free training. The Resource Utilization fees will be paid on basic
fee excluding the taxes.
Resource Partner would provide necessary infrastructure within college, like labs with
Computers, LCD Projector’s, internet etc. for the execution of the free training and conducting
the Certification Exam.

On 27th July, 2018 Delivery Partner have completed certification on Business Analytic using R
with Advance Excel. Kindly find the below summered details of this course.

Orientation:
A Orientation was held in the college library on 9th Feb, 2018 attended by around 300 students
from various departments and a total of 66 students had shown interest in enrolling for the
course.

Fee: Rs. 2890 + GST (but a discount of Rs. 500 is given to the students on the basic fee)

Training:
A free training was provided to the enrolled students for taking the certification exam in
Computer lab-3 (CL-3) from 26th May to 31st May 2018. The students were divided into two
batches and Mr. Shashank, trainer from ATS group took classes from 9 AM to 5 PM for each
batch in CL-3.

Dates of training:
Batch "A" : 26th May - 28th May, 2018
Batch "B": 29th May - 31st May, 2018

Revision Session and Exam:


A one day revision session was help in the month of july, 2018 for taking the certification exam
which was held in Computer Lab-2 (CL-2) followed by the Final certification exam on 26th to
27th July, 2018 in Computer Lab-3 (CL-3). A total of 53 students appeared for the final
certification exam invigilated by Mr. Shakti from ATS

Result of the exam:
Pass: 43
Fail: 10
As part of the special offering all exam vouchers provided to the students for certifications would
have a second attempt bundled free in case the student fails to clear the same in first attempt
and the same is scheduled in the Month of December, 2018.

Resource Utilization Fee and FDP:


A total amount of Rs. 23659, Resource Utilization fee is paid on 9th August, 2018 by the
Delivery partner to the Resource Partner against use of infrastructure and other resources for
the bundled free training through cheque in the name of “The Principal, Janki Devi Memorial
College”.

RUF (Resource Utilization Fee): Rs. 23659

As part of the MOU, Delivery Partner would bundle a „free of charge‟ faculty development
Program once a year for the faculty members of the resource partner which is scheduled in the
month of September, 2018.
