Dear Gentlemen:
Praised be Jesus and Mary!
I am writing to your respective offices to seek approval on the following concerns:
a) The Young Musicians members, composed of 15 Junior High School students from different
levels, addressed to me their issues about their performance task in MAPEH of which is also their
class presentation during the centennial activities. The after-class rehearsals of Young Musicians
happen to be the exact time of their class rehearsals. Although most of them tried to study the
songs from the masses, recital and centennial night presentation, choreography and blockings as
well, even the MAPEH time is not enough to memorize them.
b) Everyday, the YMC members rehearse until five in the afternoon and their voices are already
tired and exhausted. Though handful are still clamoring to join their class presentation, I feel the
majority who wishes to be exempted from the said presentation.

In view of the foregoing, as moderator of Young Musicians, I would like to request for the Young
Musicians members to be exempted on their class field demo. Rest assured, that all Young Musicians
members are grasping the same objectives of the performance task.
I am attaching herewith the names and sections of all Young Musicians members.
