Considering that accused Lorenzo Gracia y Geniza has now


completed the prescribed Residential Program of his treatment and
rehabilitation per Manifestation and Motion dated March 6, 2020 signed
by Atty. Bernadette Sta. Cruz. Attached to the said Manifestation and
Motion is recommendation of the Staff-In-Charge at the Treatment and
Rehabilitation Center, Bicutan, Camp Bagong Diwa, Bicutan, Taguig
City, duly noted by the Chief of Hospital III, Alfonso A. Villaroman, M.D.,
FPCAM, he is hereby ordered discharged from the rehabilitation center
and further directed to undergo an after care and follow-up treatment
within a period of eighteen (18) months, from his discharge pursuant to
Republic Act 9165.

The Jail Warden/Jail Officer, BJMP Tanza, Cavite is directed to


fetch accused Lorenzo Gracia y Geniza from the rehabilitation center
three (3) days from receipt of this Order in order for him to obtain the
necessary clearances or to serve the remaining sentence, if any.

SO ORDERED.
