With immeasurable appreciation and deepest gratitude for the help and support

are extended to the following persons, who in one way or another, have contributed in

the preparation and successful completion of this research work.

DR. ADONIS S. BAUTISTA, Executive Director of PSU SAS and the Chairman

needed through accomplishing the questionnaire on profile and reading performance.

consideration during the preparation of the study.


Her FRIENDS and LOVED ONES, for their moral and emotional support,
