Memorandum of Understanding Between

IT Rubix Solutions
And
Jharey Reynosa
1.Purpose
• To establish a memorandum of understanding (MOU) that describes the parameters of
association between both parties.

2. Scope
• All parties recognized the value of a relationship between Jharey Reynosa and IT Rubix Solutions
to provide quality training.

3. Responsibility
a. I will provide:
1) Sales and Marketing events to conduct a training event on the agreed date.
2) Training Venue for the event.
3) Clients.
4) Cost benefit analysis for the upcoming training
5) Profit Percentage agreement contract

b. IT Rubix Solutions will provide:


1) Trainer and Course Manuals for the event
2) Marketing and Course Outline Materials
3) Retail price rates of the training programs.
4) Payment for the training venue
4) Company Documents
5) Email Account for communicating with the customers.

4. Financial Agreement
1) after the training end IT Rubix Solutions will have pay me (Jharey) the following
o Agreed payment will be Markup rate with TAX for the following training or services.
o Funds will be transferred must be profit, exclusive of operation cost like venue, tax and
trainers fee.
o Profit Percentage will be must agree by both parties.
o TAX will be paid by both parties depending on their agreed percentage cut.

5. Partnership Effectivity
1. The effective date of this agreement is as of the signing below and will remain in effect until
terminated by either party.
2. Upon terminating this partnership both parties must give 1-month notice before the official
termination.
