7. Scope of Work
1 Execute the project including Design, Procurement, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Local Site
Tests in a proper, professional manner. To maintain compliance with technical specification, project
schedule, design, drawings as approved.
2 Assist and guide customer for all permits, approvals and/or licenses from all concerned authorities
those are necessary for the setting up solar plant and operation of the facilities.
3 To make necessary arrangement for making available required resources for the purpose of the
executing the Project, including but not limited to man power resources, all tools, transport for materials,
testing equipment and other site requisites as included in PO
4 Prepare all the designs, drawings, specifications, operating instructions and the likes for the Execution
of the Project and to successfully operate the Plant and Equipment as per project scope
5 On behalf of customer, Procure all materials, raw materials, components, spare parts and Equipment
for the Plant.
1 To provide and make available shadow free area as identified during site survey. To provide usable roof
top as per design provided for panel mounting requirement. To provide ladder, safely access for roof
top where panels will be installed, to provide necessary work permits
2 Local DISCOM connection and meter charges & Government fees as applicable.
3 Routine and regular cleaning of solar modules after installation, Arrangement of water and drainage for
cleaning, arrangement for sufficient water resources

be sent at our workshop on freight prepaid basis after obtaining our consent
in writing and we shall make good the defect and return back to you on
freight to pay basis.
- The supplier shall not be held responsible for any delay, loss or damage
arising from any cause, matter or thing beyond the supplier's / sub-
supplier's reasonable control, including, without prejudice to strikes,
lockouts, go-slow, delays in approval of drawing, rejection of any
important part of work, default of sub supplier in supplying the
parts / raw materials, lack of transportation facilities, inability to obtain

necessary labor or materials, official prohibition of transit of goods,
requisition by legal authorities of personal property, movable or
immovable, restriction in power supply or any other action of the
government, riots, war or warlike conditions, acts of nature or God
such as epidemics, floods, earthquakes, fires (Wind load confidence up
to 120kmh) etc. whether such delay or impediment occurs before or after
the time or extended time for dispatch or completion. In case the supply
is affected by the force majeure conditions, we will inform purchaser
within a reasonable time, of such occurrence and suitable extension to
the delivery time shall be granted.
