1. Introduction of Khanak System

While the climate change debate was still brewing, M/S Khanak System was among the first in India to take a

7. Scope of Work

Scope of Work – M/S Khanak System (Solar EPC Worker)


Sr.# Description

1 Execute the project including Design, Procurement, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Local Site
Tests in a proper, professional manner. To maintain compliance with technical specification, project
schedule, design, drawings as approved.

2 Assist and guide customer for all permits, approvals and/or licenses from all concerned authorities
those are necessary for the setting up solar plant and operation of the facilities.

3 To make necessary arrangement for making available required resources for the purpose of the
executing the Project, including but not limited to man power resources, all tools, transport for materials,
testing equipment and other site requisites as included in PO

4 Prepare all the designs, drawings, specifications, operating instructions and the likes for the Execution
of the Project and to successfully operate the Plant and Equipment as per project scope

5 On behalf of customer, Procure all materials, raw materials, components, spare parts and Equipment
for the Plant.

7 Schedule

- For Solar Module: From Manufacturer - 10 years Limited Workmanship


Warranty and 25 years of performance warranty (10 years for 90% output
9 Warrantee and 15 years for 80% output)
- For Inverter: Five years (05) warranty from manufacturer
- For Complete Solar Plant: Five years of comprehensive warranty

- Parts and Components, which are repaired or replaced during such period,

immovable, restriction in power supply or any other action of the
government, riots, war or warlike conditions, acts of nature or God
such as epidemics, floods, earthquakes, fires (Wind load confidence up
to 120kmh) etc. whether such delay or impediment occurs before or after
the time or extended time for dispatch or completion. In case the supply
is affected by the force majeure conditions, we will inform purchaser
within a reasonable time, of such occurrence and suitable extension to
the delivery time shall be granted.
