Recognizing that the conflict between Israel and Palestine has been ongoing for more than the
last 7 decades with the situation de-escalating further,
Deeply Concerned about the refugees facing many issues in the world:
i. Political Instability
ii. Colonization
iii. Right to self-determination
iv. Xenophobia
v. Racism
vi. Anti-Semitism
vii. Ideological Conflicts
viii. Nationalism
ix. Lack of Security
x. Lack of Education
xi. Lack of Basic Fundamental Rights
Convinced that there are many leading causes of Palestine Israel Conflict:
i. Colonization
ii. Right of Self-Determination
iii. Fall of Ottoman Empire
iv. Anti-Semitism
v. Polarization of the world
vi. Ideological Conflicts
vii. Nationalism
viii. Liberalism
ix. Strategic Importance of Area
x. Interests of super powers associated with conflict
Reaffirming that peaceful means to bring parties to end conflicts is to be given priority and that
the International community must work towards promoting negotiations and peace talks,
Deeply concerned about the Humanitarian Violations due to Palestine Israel Conflict in Middle East:
i. Mass Killings
ii. Torture
iii. Extra Judicial Killings
iv. Destruction of Infrastructure
v. Illegal Settlements
vi. No Freedom of Expression
vii. Lack of Basic Fundamental rights like life, security and shelter
Alarmed by the consequences of the Palestine Israel Conflict in Middle East like lack:
Political Consequences
i. Political Instability
ii. Collapse of Political System
iii. No Right to Establish the state
Economic Consequences
i. Economic Crisis
ii. Collapse of Economic System
iii. No Trade and Commerce
iv. No Imports Exports
Social Consequences

Deeply convinced about the Role of Media as the leading stake holder of Palestine Israel Conflict:
i. State Sponsored Media Campaigns
ii. Lack of Independent Coverage
iii. Lack of Awareness in Public
iv. Perception Building for certain Agendas
v. No Access in Conflicting area for coverage
Fully Aware about the significance of Arab Israel conflict in Middle East
i. Arab Israel Wars
ii. Humanitarian Crisis
iii. Terrorism
iv. Destruction of Infrastructure
v. Ideological Conflict
vi. Religious Conflict
vii. Political Instability
Causes and Implications of Militarization in Middle East Particularly Arab Israel Conflict
i. Weaponization of Different countries
ii. Anti-State Actors
iii. Arm Treaties
iv. Increase of Arm Production
v. Defense Treaties between the leading countries and the parties of conflict
Aware of the Legitimacy of United states Decision in Palestine Israel Conflict that this
decision is clearly null and void and against the international laws and declarations of United Nations it
should be addressed as:
i. Palestine is the disputed territory there can be no changing in the area
ii. This recognition of Jerusalem of as capital of Israel is null and void
Convinced that the Challenges to the two state Solution should be addressed:
i. Ceasefire
ii. Disarmament and demilitarization
iii. Defining of the borders of the both states
iv. Remove of Blockage from west bank and Gaza strip
v. Refugee crisis
vi. Illegal Settlement
1. Affirms that the Situation in Middle East is worst due to the Palestine Israel Conflict and
this conflict should be resolved through the dialogue with such acts:
i. Ceasefire should be implemented by both Sides
ii. Disarmament and demilitarization of Area
iii. Peace Keeping forces by United Nations
iv. Two State Solution of conflict should be implemented
v. Status of Jerusalem should be declared as International Territory under United
Nations
vi. Construction of Infrastructure
2. Draws the attention to miserable situation of Refugees suffering due to the lack of basic
human needs and basic rights of life, security, state and political representation through
the arrangements:
i. Israel and United States of America should roll back the decision of recongnizing the
Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and should accept back all displaced people of area.
ii. The blockage of Gaza strip and west band should be cleared as it is the basic cause
forcing the innocent people out of Palestine as refugees
iii. Israel should take step back to the borders before 1967
iv. Threat to life and security should be removed through ceasefire in area
v. Refugees should be accepted by neighboring countries
vi. All the refugees forcibly displaced by Israel should be accepted back to their
respective areas
vii. Refugees should be treated as the legal asylum seekers and should be provided the all
basic needs
viii. Refugees should be treated as the equal citizens like other citizens of any country
ix. Refugee crisis should be dealt with the cooperation of UNHCR and UNHRC
x. Infrastructure should be built with the cooperation of super powers
3. Considered the Role of Media as the game changer in the modern world should be used
to solve the conflict through the arrangements:
i. International Media should be allowed for coverage in the conflicting area
ii. Media should be independently cover the miserable situation of conflicting zone
iii. Awareness campaigns should be conduct through Live coverage, seminars and
conferences for the understanding of issue and solution
iv. All the leading media houses and agencies like CNN, BBC, AL-Jazera, should play
their role to address and solve the crisis
4. Affirms the Significance of Arab Israel Conflict in Middle East is the key issue and bone
of contention in area and should be solved to restore the peace in the area through the
arrangements:
i. Arab League should play their role to solve this issue by pressuring the United
States of America and other Aligning countries
ii. Middle Eastern Countries should help the Palestine for rehabilitation of
infrastructure
iii. Gulf countries should also play their role to as there are key party in this region
iv. Regional countries like Gulf countries and other nearby countries should made
arrangements to remove the gulf between the civilizations of Palestine and Israel
through the exchange of ambassadors and different delegations
v. Middle Eastern Countries should also play their role to eradicate terrorism and
non-state actors spreading the terror in Palestine and Middle East
5. Emphasizes the cause and implications of Militarization in Middle East particularly in the
Palestine Israel Conflict should be addressed and solve through:
i. The disarmament of the area
ii. Demilitarization of the area with the help of the United Nations peace keeping
forces
iii. Bounding the Middle Eastern Countries to limited trade of weapons with the help
of United Nations DISEC committee
Emphasizes Legitimacy of United States Decision in Palestine Israel Conflict that this
decision is clearly null and void and against the international laws and declarations of
United Nations it should be addressed as:
i. Palestine is the disputed territory there can be no changing in the area
ii. The decision of Donald Trump to recognize the Jerusalem should be roll back
iii. Jerusalem should be declared as the international territory governed by the United Nations
6. Emphasizes on the solution of Challenges to the two state Solution for peaceful solution
through the arrangements:
i. Ceasefire under the United Nations
ii. Disarmament and militarization under the peace keeping forces of United
Nations Security Council
iii. Recognition of Hamas as the political entity of Palestine
iv. Refugees should be sent back to their respective areas
v. Borders should be roll back as before 1967 with the help of Boundary
commission
