3. Procedure

3.1. Preparation
1. Disconnect all piping (A,B). A

1. Remove valve (A).

2. Remove seal (A)

3.3. Service the check valve


1. Take out the check (A) valve and spring (B)
2. Replace all parts
3. Reassemble the check valve in reverse order

3.4. Service oil stop valve

1. Remove the plug (A).


2. Remove seal washer (B).
3. Take out the piston (C) and clean it.
4. Remove the nipple (D).and seal washer (B)
5. Take out the spring (E)
6. Take out the filter (F).

When reassembling, make sure to use a new spring (F) and


a new seal washer (B).

7. Clean all components.


8. Reassemble the oil stop valve in reverse order.

3.5. Reassembling
1. Replace the seal (A)

2. Mount valve (A).

3. Fix and tighten all bolts.


4. Connect the piping (A,B,C). A
