AETS POC in Wunderman

1. Modules under POC Scope are:

i. Employee Management ( Add / Edit / Deactivate)

iv. Employee SMS's & OTP for boarding, Proximity Alerts, OTA/OTD
v. No-show ( Mobile based & Trip Sheet Based)

3. Process Taken for POC


❖ Wunderman team will upload the select employee rosters.
❖ Rosters will be sent to vendors for trip assigning to cabs.
❖ Driver receives the roster, then accepts it. Checkpoint [1]: SMS alert to employee of trip details with OTP
is sent. Notification on TPT dashboard of acceptance.
❖ Driver cancels. Checkpoint [2] : Notification sent to TPT team of rejection on dashboard.
❖ Driver starts the trip. Checkpoint [3] : Start time is captured, movement and location of vehicle is updated
every 5 seconds on dashboard.
❖ First pick up employee gets proximity alert of vehicle reaching, (default setting is 2 kms).
Checkpoint [4] : Employee gets notification on mobile.
❖ Employee gives OTP to the driver, Driver feeds the OTP in the application. Application accepts the OTP.
Checkpoint [5] : Boarding time is recorded on dashboard.
❖ Driver accelerates beyond the prescribed speed limit. Checkpoint [6] : Alerts will be triggered on
dashboard.
❖ Panic button working. Checkpoint [7] : Alerts showing on dashboard.
❖ Cab reaches the geofenced corporate campus. Checkpoint [8] :TPT dashboard gets the alert.
❖ In case of last female employee drop, she confirms through TMS app, in case she doesn’t system calls up
to confirm. Checkpoint [9] TPT Dashboard gets the notification
❖ MIS reports. Check for reports of No Show, safe drop report, planned vs actual occupancy, late arrivals.

Responsibility of Wunderman-SPOC would be


i. Provide Data in agreed format to Smart team
ii. Vendor Counselling
iii. Identify Driver and Vehicles which should not change during POC.
iv. Arrange Drivers for Training session. This will be done Multiple Times.
v. Arrange Training session for Employees.
vi. Align Vendor Trackers for training and Tracking of vehicles.
vii. Finalize the Communication going to Employees and Driver
viii. Responsible for Uploading the Roster on Daily Basis.
ix. Responsible for Creating Report from Dashboard and AETS System.
x. Conduct Weekly Review meeting with Smart and Wunderman management with Issue Trackers

Responsibility of Smart-SPOC would be

i. Setup the System as per WUNDERMAN POC requirements as mentioned above.


ii. Take Sign Off on the Success Matrix
iii. Draft the Communication to Wunderman Employees and Drivers (SMS / EMAIL)
iv. Responsible for Training of Drivers & Employees.
v. Responsible for Training Trackers/ Vendor Supervisors/ WUNDERMAN SPOC.
vi. Responsible for Creating all No Show/ OTA & OTD Reports/ Planned Vs Actual for first 7 days,
post that Wunderman SPOC will do the same
vii. Coordinate with SMART for any Issues.

Note

1. We need 7 days for the system to stabilize after all the set up & data upload.
2. Under POC, as agreed upon, 2 vendors will be identified with 15 vehicles each, none of the vehicles to
change during trial period.
3. Trial run duration for 21 days
