Web Application-User Manual


❏ Launch the browser and enter below URL. Login Page will
be displayed.
gramawardsachivalayam.ap.gov.in

❏ Note:
❏ Recommended browsers: Google chrome, Internet
explorer, Mozilla firefox.
✓ Click on “Login” button in the web portal and Enter registered Employee User
name, Password, Captcha and then click on “Login Now” button.
✓ Landing page will be displayed with all the Integrated Departments.
✓ To know about the integrated services in “Industries And Commerce ” click on
“Industries And Commerce ” button. Industries And Commerce list will be
displayed.
✓ After click on Industries And Commerce scheme click on “Mines and Geology”
button
✓ To book sand through Bullock Cart & Form S3 (Third Order Stream) click on
Bullockcart & Form S3 Sand Booking.
✓ After click on please enter Beneficiary Name and Mobile Number and
Aadhaar Number and click on “SUBMIT”
✓ As per new AP Sand policy consumers who are having Bullock Carts can get
Free sand from the nearest river stream by applying through GSWS, Click on
Bullock Carts to view application form.
✓ Fill all the details.
✓ After filling all the details click on check box and click on “CAPTCHA” and click on
“SUBMIT”.
✓ Bullock Carts Sand Transaction Receipt.
✓ Consumers can book sand from local GSWS when there required quantity is
In between 0.5 to 4.5 tons here consumers have to pay money for sand. Only
local Tractors are allowed to carry sand.
