This is a plan that functions as a guide to know the quantity that needs to
be produced in a specified time frame. This helps in ensuring that the
manufacturing process flow is done with maximum efficiency without delays,
interruptions, and stress. To guarantee that all our products are freshly baked,
Live Bites Milk Tea & Donuts production of goods is on a daily basis.
Time Task
7:10 am – 7:15 am Preparation of materials and equipment.
7:16 am – 7:40 am Assembling of ingredients for first batch of donuts.
7:41 am – 8:40 am Mixing of donut batter; cooking of tapioca pearls and sugar
syrup.
8:41 am – 9:10 am Bake the first batch of donuts; prepare the glaze.
9:11 am – 9:30 am Glazing of freshly baked doughnuts; steep the teas.
9:31 am – 9:55 am Assembling of ingredients for second batch of donuts.
10:56 am – 11:55 Mix the donut batter.

C. Labor Requirement
In order to run a business, you will need to have a group of people who

F. Waste Disposal
Food safety is of utmost importance when running a foodservice business.
In order to keep foods and beverages safe, food safety measures shall be
imposed. In line with this, wastes produced from the kitchen and store shall be
disposed properly. Live Bites Milk Tea & Donuts will provide garbage bins with
proper labels to administer proper segregation of wastes. These will be washed
daily with disinfectant and dried before the next use. These bins will be located in
a distance where cross contamination will be prevented and animals or insects
will not be attracted.
G. Quality Control System
The quality control system is one of the most important part of production
layout. The products will be examined by careful scrutiny to identify whether they
have met the standard quality that was set. Each and every ingredient will be
under a rigorous process to ensure that Live Bites Milk Tea & Donuts will only
offer quality foods and beverages. In order to achieve the desired quality of the
products, the operations manager will supervise his/her employees accordingly
to instill discipline and provide quality service and foods that the business venture
envisions.
