SCHOOL-PARENT(S) AGREEMENT

Thank you for reaffirming your confidence in this school staff to assist you in providing a
quality Christian education for your child(ren). Our commitment is to work with the home, but not
to assume responsibilities which rightfully belong to parents.

For your convenience in meeting your financial obligations, we require ______________


down payment. The balance is divided into eight monthly installments due every ______ of the
month beginning July up to January.
"I hereby pledge to pay my financial obligations to the school on the date due and
understand that it may be necessary to withdraw my child if proper arrangements are not made on
a past due account”.
"I understand that my child is expected to take part in all schools-church activities,
including P.E., school-sponsored trips away from school premises, and I absolve the school from
liability to me or my child of any injury my child might incur at properly supervised school
activities”.
"I agree uphold and support the high academic standard of the school by providing a place
at home for my child to study and giving my child encouragement in the completion of any
research, homework or assignments”.
"I appreciate the standards of the school and do not tolerate profanity, obscenity in word
and action, dishonor to the Godhead and the Word of God or disrespect to the personnel of the
school. I hereby agree to support all regulations of the school in the applicant's behalf and
authorize this school to employ discipline as it deems wise and expedient for the training of my
child”.
"I understand that the school reserves the right to dismiss any child who fails to comply
with the established regulations and discipline or whose financial obligation remains unpaid”.
“I understand that the school program is an integral part of child training of which I am expected
to support.”
