Notice on Form fill-up (Phase II) for Regular/Backlog Students (Special consideration)
In End Semester (Even) Evaluation 2019-20 of all final semester students
During considering the appeals some applications who failed to submit application process for the all end
semester examinations in even semester 2019-20, due to reasons found justified, appropriate authority is
pleased to allow all such student as special drive in Phase II.

All process, terms and eligibility of application would remain same and as per notification no.
COE/MAKAUT,WB/43/2020 dated 30/06/2020 and COE/MAKAUT,WB/44/2020 dated 01/07/2020 as per
following schedule.

Dates for fill-up for End Semester Evaluation 2019-20 (Phase II – special case) for Regular and Backlog

Availability of forms and submission of application form by the candidate for

appearing in the Evaluation of Even Semester 2019-20 and other backlog students,
