Chart is also useful for crew of the companies. To shows their responsibility and position in the company. Identifies their supervisor
and their duties.

 This is type of char is so simple


 They provide good support as the work is usually carried out in the department.
 Communication within the department are short and well established.
 Every department have their own responsible person
 Reaction time to problems within the department is quick
 For the head of the company every department can be control easily.
 Team is managed by experience and eligiable persons.
 This can be ideal structure for small business can focus on each department progress
 The employees fell secure in their work. They see their work and effort is not going unnoticed.

Staff Responsibilities.

Lab Manager: have the overall respobility of managing lab. Contacting with clients, contractor and there are any problem in the
technical or managerial work she/he should solve it. The manager should have at least 5 years of experience.

Deputy Lab Manager: in the absence of lab manager she/he have the overall responsibility and contacting with each department head
and solving their problems. Managing the lab project, contacting with clients and attending the meetings
