1.0 PROCEDURE FOR DISPOSAL

The Instrumentation engineer takes action as follows, for disposal:

1.1 INSPECTION:

Monthly wise electronic cards, field instruments and batteries are brought to Instrumentation
lab for further checking, if found that material is of no use then the material is sent to stores
for disposal

1.2 FORMAT FOR RETURNING TO STORES:

INSTRUMENT NAME SERIAL NO QUANTITY
