Universities and Colleges (SUCs) based on the implementation of NBC No. 461' The
dispositive portions of the said Resolution read, as follows:

"WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, the Comm,bs,bn RESOLVES fhat


the actual date of issuance ot appointments shall be indicated below lhe
signature of the appointing ofricer/authority in the appointment form, but the
effecfivrty of reclassr,?cation to faculty pasitions ,n fhe SUCS shall be on July 1'
2019 based on the implementation of NBC No. 461 pursuant to the Special
Provision of the Miscellaneous Personnel Benefits Fund in R.A. No. 10924.

"A colatilta on the face ot appointment, specifically afrer the last paragraph
thereof, shall be indicated, to rcad as follows:

"This appointment shall take effect on the date of signing by


the appointing officerlauthority.
*Efrective July 1, 2019
pu6;uant to the special Provision of the Miscellaneous
Personnel BenefiE Fund in R-A. No. 10921.

"This Resolution takes effect immediately."

. tMoreover. the commission issued omce Memorandum (oM) No. I, s. 2020, dated February
lll. zozo informing the csc Regional and Field offices that the Commission has allowed the
, , retroactivity of th6 appointment of the SUC facutty members who are qualified and included in
DBM-approved NOSCA of the SUCs concerned.

The oM serves as guide of the cscFo in the processing of appointments of the concerned
faculty members.

Atrached herewith is a copy of the said Resolution for your information and reference.

Rest assured that the CSC shall continue to support the undertakings ofthe CHED
