Hillik assisted hundreds of executives and professionals to unlock their value and optimize
their business performance, by creating sustained behavioral changes.
Hillik has over 20+ years experience in senior leadership positions – B2C and B2B. His vast
and versatile work experience includes running a B2C business unit as a VP at 888.com ,
with close to $100 million in revenue, CEO position at CubeEffect (merged with AdsMarket
to create Matomy Media and a Sales Director North & South America position with Amdocs.
Prior to that, Hillik spent 5 years in Venture Capital and Private Equity, investing in startups
and helping them create value.
Hillik was Captain and head of the software development training section in MAMRAM /
BASMACH.
Hillik studied math and computer science at Bar-Ilan University and holds an MBA from
Edinburgh Business School.
