7. The Instructor recognizes that there are no territories specifically allocated to individual instructors for teaching
MindScape. Any MSI can teach MindScape anywhere in the world.
8. Instructors must charge at least the minimum fee set by the IBA in each area. Local conditions may apply and certain
flexibility is allowed for original promotions which require prior approval by the IBA.
In addition, students who have already completed a MindScape course may retake or monitor that module from any MSI for a
monitoring fee of 50% of the listed price. IBA Members may monitor for 25% of the listed price. Manuals do not need to be
provided to monitoring students.
Trainee MindScape Instructors may monitor modules at no charge. However, the Trainee Instructor may not teach any part of
the class without the approval of the workshop Instructor and Senior MindScape Instructor. The Trainee Instructor can be
asked to help out with class registrations, and practical supervision. The trainees are responsible for their own transport,
accommodation and other costs when attending a workshop.
9. The Instructor will follow standard guidelines for running MindScape workshops, including:
a. Leading the audience through building a Workshop. In the interest of uniformity, the standard workshop tools and
techniques may not be amended, deleted or added to without prior consultation with the Senior MindScape Instructor.
b. Leading a demonstration of the Mental Scanning technique with a workshop participant.
c. Engaging the participants to pair up and do Scanning among themselves.
These guidelines apply to the standard MindScape class, not to specialized MindScape seminars such as corporate or sports.
For these types of classes, other guidelines (and manual) apply.
10. The Instructor must submit the names and addresses of students taught with the date of the class to the IBA within
15 days of completion of said module to confirm number of manuals used/sold and to facilitate easy upgrade to membership.
This data must be entered on the IBA website in the appropriate area. The IBA will use this information only to promote the
IBA membership (e.g. to those students who have not joined) and will not use it to promote individual Instructors.
11. The Instructor must inform students of the availability and benefits of:
a. Advanced MindScape, BodyTalk, BreakThrough, FreeFall workshops and any other IBA workshops.
b. Advanced MindScape, BodyTalk, BreakThrough, FreeFall workshops and any other IBA workshops.
12. Manuals are currently available in English only, but selected translated editions may become available in future. If the
Instructor plans to teach MindScape in a country where a translated manual will be required, he/she must discuss this
possibility with the IBA as far ahead of time as possible. No translations of the MindScape manual may be undertaken without
prior consent from the IBA.

required, the Instructor must pay for the additional postage. The IBA will not be held liable if the manuals are not delivered in
time for workshops. It is up to each instructor to order the manuals early enough to allow for timely delivery. It is also
expected that the Instructor plan ahead for late registrations by purchasing sufficient additional manuals for each class taught.
Manuals will be provided with upfront payment due upon time of ordering.

MindScape logos in conjunction with their own names.

grammar and content. The IBA undertakes to keep this material strictly confidential and the only people who may see it will be
the editor, IBA management.
