This document provides information about ways to talk about the future in English using will, be going to, the present continuous, and the present simple. It discusses the uses of will for predictions without evidence, future facts, quick decisions, offers/requests/threats/promises/warnings, and with time connectives. Be going to is used for predictions with evidence, plans/intentions/decisions, and things that are about to happen. The present continuous is used to talk about future arrangements when something has already been planned or arranged to happen in the future, often with verbs of movement. The present simple is used for future schedules and timetables.
