PROJECT 3: WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT

MULTIMEDIA SYSTEMS AND APPLICATIONS (ECE551)


Group Project (20%)

1. Design Website (10%)

You are proposed to develop a WEBSITE and to publish on a free domain. Imagine that
the duration of the project is 3 weeks where you have to present a proper Project
Implementations Plan by following the listed criteria.

a. Design and develop a website using any website template; example : Adobe
Dreamweaver template.

b. Theme: An engineering company profile.

c. The Website must include all information listed

i. Design (Technical)
• At least five menus. (Home, About Us, Services, Projects, Contact)
• Creative banners
• One interactive advertisement/ animation.
• Hypertext and hypermedia. (makes links to another website)
• Use five elements of multimedia (text, graphic, sound, video, animation).

ii. Project Plan must include on the website under About Us menu.

• Member’s profile
• Organizations Structure.
• Project Gantt chart.

iii. Published on free domain at such as https://www.000webhost.com/ or other


recognize free domain.

2. Website Report (5%)


a. An IEEE report format on technical development of the WEB site. Maximum 6 Pages.
(Softcopy)

3. Presentation (5%)
a. Group presentation from the all members in the group on the design and technical
development of the website.

4. Submission project
Submission project 3 is on the 6th August 2020. Please submit all of them in the GD.
